Cottage description
As the name suggests this house of 130 m² was the old barn and farm granary.
Typical building consisting of three bedrooms , ideal for accommodating 6-8 people. Tastefully restored you will find lots of stone, wood and tiles. The warm and contemporary atmosphere you will spend a pleasant stay with family or friends. The added advantage of this house is in its individual location and isolated from the farmhouse.
Accessibility
The house was constructed to be able to move with a wheelchair, APART from one room.

2 bedrooms with double beds (160 and 140) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90), living room with sofa bed.
All three bedrooms have quality bedding and a flat screen TV, bed linen is provided and beds are made upon arrival .
70 m² Living room
The 70 m² living room with sofa bed will allow you to spend convivial moments with its adapted furniture and Hifi Video good qualities equipment (flat screen over 40″… )
Fitted kitchen
The kitchen with its center island is fully equipped and will facilitate your culinary activities.
(Dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker…)
Private Garden with Barbecue
Enjoy the calm in privacy of your own garden with a stone barbecue and garden furniture.
Bathroom and toilets
The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower massage over 2 m² to spend a nice relaxing time. The cottage also includes a second separate toilet.
Private Terrace with Pergola
A private wooden terrace with sunbathing chairs and protected by a pergola, will allow you to tan at all quietude.
Flat Screen TV
Each 3 bedrooms is equipped with a flat screen, the lounge has a flat screen over 40″.
Wifi internet access included
Very high-speed fibre-optic internet access is available.

- Two deposits will be paid at arrival (95 € household and 600 € hardware), tenants can choose to do the cleaning at departure or a settlement. If they choose to do housework, they will make our home in a state similar to that of the reception. Material deposit is returned at end of stay if the house has not suffered any damage.
- The house is rented only by the week during the school holidays.
- Possibility to rent for 2 nights minimum during the year (except holidays).
- Reception from 4:00 p.m. and departure until 11:00 (alterable schedule if conditions allow).
- Bed linen is provided and beds are made.
- The towels are not provided.
- It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the house.
- Pets are accepted provided they are trained.
- The outdoor equipment is available from April to November.
- The house is rented for up to 8 people.
