Cottage description
Located at the western end of the farmhouse, this old house of 100 m² has been restored in a contemporary way without mitigating the authentic side of the building.
Ideal to accommodate 4 to 6 people. The house has been designed so that it can move with a wheelchair.
Stones and wood mingle naturally with modern equipment.
Sleeps 6
Your sleep will be ensured by a quality bedding in both rooms. The suite is equipped with a double bed 160 x 200. The other room has two single beds 90 or 180 and a sofa bed in the living room 160 x 200. In addition sheets are provided and beds are made upon arrival.
2 Bathrooms and 2 toilets
The two bathrooms and two toilets are a real asset for your stay. Indeed the suite has a bathroom with hydromassage shower 2 m², double sink and toilet. The second is independent and equipped in a similar way. Everything has been thought of so as to spend a pleasant moment of relaxation.
Flat Screen TV
Each 2 bedrooms is equipped with a flat screen, the lounge has a flat screen over 40″.
55 m² Living room
The 55 m² living room with sofa bed will allow you to spend convivial moments with its adapted furniture and Hifi Video good qualities equipment (flat screen over 40″… )
Private Garden with Barbecue
Enjoy the calm in privacy of your own garden with a stone barbecue and garden furniture.
Fitted kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped and will facilitate your culinary activities.

A private wooden terrace with sunbathing chairs will allow you to tan at all quietude.

- Two deposits will be paid at arrival (70 € household and 500 € hardware), tenants can choose to do the cleaning at departure or a settlement. If they choose to do housework, they will make our home in a state similar to that of the reception. Material deposit is returned at end of stay if the house has not suffered any damage.
- The house is rented only by the week during the school holidays.
- Possibility to rent for 2 nights minimum during the year (except holidays).
- Reception from 4:00 p.m. and departure until 12:00 (alterable schedule if conditions allow).
- Bed linen is provided and beds are made.
- The towels are not provided.
- It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the house.
- Small pet is allowed under conditions (1 maximum).
- The outdoor equipment is available from April to November.
- The house is rented for up to 6 people.
